I moved to another continent at sixteen – a first, formative lesson in how disorienting transition is, and how much clarity matters when the ground shifts. Since then I've crossed several more: countries, cultures, disciplines, and careers.
I trained as a psychologist, and my psychological practice is grounded in formal REBT and CBT training – practical, evidence-based, and focused on what a person can actually change. Alongside that, I spent years as an IT product leader, responsible for the messy reality where people, product, and process collide.
That combination is unusual, but that's the whole point. I understand the inner world and the systems people work inside – so I can help untangle problems that are never purely emotional or purely operational, but both at once.
Different chapters. Same focus: making sense of complexity.
Psychology & REBT/CBT-based practice
Psychologist, with a foundation in understanding why people get stuck, what keeps patterns going, and what supports meaningful change.
IT & digital product leadership
Years leading product where people, systems, and decisions collide – and where the human problem and the technical problem are rarely the same one.
Lanterna Consulting
Bringing psychology, product thinking, and learning design together to help people and teams navigate complexity, build capability, and move forward with clarity.
Understanding matters when it changes what you do.
Psychology helps me understand the beliefs, emotions, and patterns shaping behavior. IT Product work taught me to structure ambiguity, work with constraints, and make complex systems more usable. Having navigated major transitions myself adds another layer: I know how different a problem feels when you're living it, not looking at it from the outside.
That combination shapes how I work with both individuals and teams – with psychological depth, product-grade structure, and attention to the real context around the problem.
